Is there a minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 10 on most items. Any fewer than this and the price increase is steep that we can no longer offer value for money.

There are items were we can customise single products at a time like Sports Balls so feel free to ask and we’ll always do our best to help.

How long does it take for delivery?

We offer many items and there are lots of variables like time of year, quantity, which item, delivery address etc.

However, it is safe to say that most items fall into the 4-6 week delivery timeframe.

Can I get a sample?

As we are a Custom Made Company we don’t keep a lot of stock.

We can custom make samples on most things and they will be charged at the normal rate of a single item.

If you decide to go ahead with the order with a value above $500 then the cost of the sample will be refunded.

How do I place an order?

First step will be to design an item using the Online Designer and submit it to us and we’ll get back to you within 24hrs with a quote. You can then deal direct with the sales rep and they will walk you through the process.

If you don’t have time to submit a design then email sales@customsports.com.au and your enquiry will be replied to within 24hrs.

How do I cancel an order or return an item?

All items are made to order and specific to you so once production has started, we cannot cancel the order.

If on some rare occasions there is damage to your item upon delivery, then we will ofcourse replace this free of charge.

We need any logos that you want printing in a high resolution file like AI, EPS or PDF format.

If you don’t have it, don’t panic we’ll get them redrawn at a small cost.

Can I use my own design?

YES Absolutely!!

The beauty of Sublimation is that we are only limited by your imagination. Send through your design ideas to sales@customsports.com.au and we will help you take it to the next level.

What is Sublimation Printing?

Sublimation printing is the process we use to transfer digital designs and artwork from computer to our Custom Sports Clothing.

We design on a computer, print this design onto special paper and then transfer this print to a Polyester garment using Heat and Pressure.

Under intense heat the Inks on the transfer paper turn from Solid to Gas without going into liquid state. This process is called sublimation.

When in the Gas State, the ink combines with the fabric to make a permanent and ever lasting print and so the process is complete.
